Current legislation stipulates that the construction of a pool larger than 60 m³ requires a permit. We prepare the plans within a short deadline and, following the necessary consultations with the authorities, assist you throughout the permit procedure if needed.
Pool construction – Mechanical earthworks
Pool construction can begin with the marking out of the pool site. Earth removal starts with accurate leveling specifications, which will be crucial later on. As a layperson, one might not realize how many factors need to be considered during earthworks. Excavation can be done individually if the client arranges it. In this case, we provide a colleague on-site to supervise the machine operator and set the correct levels.

After the walling phase of pool construction, the pool base must be prepared for lining: uneven surfaces caused by spilled concrete must be skimmed and smoothed to ensure that when the special pool liner membrane—which also provides waterproofing—is tensioned, no irregularities appear on the pool surface.

Due to contaminants and microorganisms entering the water, flawless operation and crystal-clear water fundamentally require properly designed water engineering.
